Position Summary

As a Lead ASC, you are responsible for sales growth and operations within your assigned territory. You will collaborate with Apple Authorized Partners to drive multi-brand point-of-sale strategies, build strong business relationships, and execute store-level sales targets based on potential and growth goals.

This role requires previous experience in retail POS sales and customer service, along with strong communication, engagement, and networking skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead account-level planning and manage sales operations in your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Authorized Reseller teams, and strategic partners to align Apple’s and the partner’s growth strategies.
  • Drive adoption of the Apple ecosystem through effective sales programs, training, and enablement tools.
  • Evaluate and communicate the effectiveness of reseller partnerships regularly.
  • Identify and support new business opportunities from inception to closure.
  • Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Facilitate sales activities across reseller and Apple sales teams, sharing progress updates and status reports.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Field ASM (Area Sales Manager).
  • Strong knowledge of channel sales and account management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or equivalent work experience.
