About the Role:

As a Lead Analyst on the Data Intelligence (DI) team, you will convert complex data into strategic business insights. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and technical teams to support data-driven decision-making. This role bridges business strategy and advanced analytics and requires strong communication, technical expertise, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities and influence strategic decisions
Apply statistical methods such as A/B testing, regression, and hypothesis testing
Design advanced data solutions to tackle complex business problems
Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
Serve as a strategic advisor to recommend data-backed business strategies
Define and monitor KPIs aligned with business goals
Provide recommendations for operational optimization
Collaborate with engineering to optimize data workflows and pipelines
Lead projects, mentor team members, and review analytical outputs

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling
Strong data visualization skills with tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
Familiarity with machine learning techniques and business application
Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis
Excellent storytelling and communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
Strategic mindset with a detail-oriented, problem-solving attitude
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
