The Network & Acquirer Solutions (NAS) team acts on behalf of the American Express Global Network (AEGN) to develop and enable products and capabilities. The Network & ATM Settlement Operations Team is responsible for:
Managing fund settlements between American Express (AXP), GNS Partners, and ATM Service Providers.
Handling contractual fees, billing discrepancies, and dispute resolution.
The Settlement Solutions Team aims to provide an exceptional service experience for GNS and ATM Business Partners while being a Center of Excellence for settlement solutions.
As an Analyst, Network Settlement Solutions, you will:
Support key Network Settlement processes.
Perform critical activities related to the ATM Network Exception Process.
Process adjustments for non-dispensed ATM transactions within stringent timelines, ensuring timely credits to Cardmembers.
Collaborate with the ATM Settlement Operations team in the UK for seamless execution of the One Team – Two Location strategy.
Process & Service Improvements: Identify opportunities for transformation and process enhancements to improve service quality, turnaround time, and ATM business efficiency.
Operational Expertise: Ensure timely follow-ups and deliverables for customer queries and key linkages.
Risk & Compliance: Maintain a 100% control & compliance matrix for ATM Settlements.
Decision-Making & Collaboration: Independently handle queries from teams like Controllership, GFO, and Audit Groups.
Audits & Business Continuity:
Support SOX Testing requirements and Audit requests.
Participate in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Testing.
Cross-functional Interaction: Work within a team-oriented environment, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Education: Full-time B.Com degree (Commerce specialization preferred).
Experience: 0-3 years of experience in Accounting, Operations Management, Risk, or Compliance.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities with an aptitude for identifying root causes and recommending solutions.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with ATM products, Operations, and Services.
Knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, MicroStrategy, NDM, and GDM.
Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external customers effectively.
Adaptability & Teamwork: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while working collaboratively.
Process Improvement: Ability to recognize efficiency opportunities and drive process enhancements.
