Role Overview

The ICS Operational Excellence Reporting CoE is responsible for designing, implementing, and assessing the operational risk framework within International Card Services (ICS). This role focuses on producing and publishing business conduct metrics reports for senior leadership and compliance teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with AXP’s risk policies and applicable regulations.

As a key member of this team, you will collaborate with Business Self-Testing teams and ICS teams to provide critical insights and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

???? Deliver periodic and ad hoc reports on key business testing and monitoring metrics
???? Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to develop dashboards for senior leadership, compliance teams, and banks
???? Generate insights and conclusions from data to help mitigate operational risks
???? Ensure accuracy and data integrity in all reporting, including monthly dashboards and scorecards
