Position Summary:

The Strategic Pricing Analyst will play a key role in executing pricing strategies and ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of pricing across the company’s operations. This position involves managing price books, monitoring pricing accuracy, and developing data-driven decision-making tools.

Position Responsibilities:

Price Books Creation and Maintenance:
- Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate price books across all business units.
ERP Setup and Maintenance:
- Perform seasonal ERP setups and ensure maintenance aligns with pricing processes.
Pricing Accuracy Monitoring:
- Constantly monitor pricing accuracy across all operational tools and troubleshoot any discrepancies within agreed service levels.
Documentation Management:
- Ensure the proper creation, storage, and maintenance of pricing-related documentation.
Data Analytical Dashboards:
- Assist in developing and maintaining analytical dashboards to aid business decision-making.
eCommerce Pricing Review:
- Prepare and review pricing documents for eCommerce operations.

Skills and Abilities:

Technical Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Oracle pricing ecosystem is beneficial.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong mathematical skills to analyze large datasets and interpret pricing trends.
Multitasking:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-Starter:
- Capable of driving projects and ideas independently or working effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
Software Proficiency:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerApps, Word, and Outlook.

Work Environment:

Professional office environment.
Sedentary work with extended periods of computer use.
Occasional work in a warehouse/manufacturing plant.
Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
