We are hiring a Process Executive with a basic understanding of digital marketing. This role involves handling consumer and provider information while ensuring compliance with company policies and achieving performance targets.
Collect and verify consumer/provider information through phone calls, text, and messages.
Determine eligibility by comparing consumer/provider data with established requirements.
Enter client information accurately while confirming pricing and adhering to company policies.
Meet and maintain targeted performance and quality metrics.
Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve shared goals.
Good listening skills and the ability to understand the US accent.
Strong comprehension and analytical abilities.
Data entry proficiency with accuracy and efficiency.
Multi-tasking capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Team player with a self-motivated and driven approach.
Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
Basic understanding of US culture and familiarity with digital marketing.
Minimum Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0 to 11 months (freshers can apply).
Willingness to work in a rotational shift schedule.
Strong analytical and logical approach to digital marketing tasks.
Work Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
