Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Executive with a basic understanding of digital marketing. This role involves handling consumer and provider information while ensuring adherence to processes and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Data Handling: Obtain and process consumer/provider information from telephone calls, texts, and messages.
✅ Eligibility Verification: Compare consumer/provider details against eligibility criteria.
✅ Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance by accurately entering and confirming client information.
✅ Target Achievement: Meet required performance targets and quality metrics.
✅ Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Listening Skills: Strong ability to comprehend and interpret customer communication.
US Accent Understanding: Capable of understanding and interpreting US accents.

Requirements
