???? Position Overview:

We are seeking an IT Service Desktop Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role involves providing technical support in a mobile endpoint and multi-site infrastructure setup. You’ll help ensure smooth IT operations across global regions, including US, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.

???? Key Responsibilities:

???? End-User Support & Troubleshooting

Provide deskside and remote support to global employees
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, Office 365, and laptops
Manage endpoint performance and availability using Microsoft Intune
Resolve hardware and software issues and escalate complex problems as needed

???? Network & Security

Support and troubleshoot network issues (switches, routers, firewalls)
Perform network analysis, basic ICMP troubleshooting (PING, TRACERT, ROUTE PRINT)
Monitor and support SD-WAN and VPN-based global access

???? Security Monitoring & Incident Response

Monitor systems (Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Cisco Umbrella) for intrusions
Respond to and investigate security threats (phishing, malware, unauthorized access)
Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement remediation
Maintain and manage SIEM, IAM, and endpoint security tools

???? Documentation & Reporting

Maintain documentation for support processes, configurations, and incidents
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly security reports
Create and update IT knowledgebase and SOPs

???? Collaboration & Support

Work closely with vendors and internal teams
Assist in onboarding and access provisioning
Manage tickets using systems like ServiceNow, Autotask, ConnectWise, etc.

✅ Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: 3–4 years as a Microsoft Generalist or similar role
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent certifications (A+, Network+, MCP, MCSE, MCSA)
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English
Technical Skills:
- Windows 10/11, Office 365, Microsoft Intune, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams
- Identity and Access Management (Microsoft Entra preferred)
- Network fundamentals and diagnostics
- Remote desktop and endpoint management
- Familiarity with backup/disaster recovery tools like OneDrive

Experience in a global, multi-site support environment
Experience with email and endpoint security
Working knowledge of ticketing systems
Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
