Role Overview

We are looking for a Reliability Engineer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience who is passionate about system design, reliability, automation, and proactive problem solving. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance, reliability, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate materials, components, and production techniques from a reliability standpoint.
Advise design engineering on the application and testing of electronic components/systems.
Recommend design/test methods and statistical process control procedures.
Define reliability requirements for systems/components based on internal and external objectives.
Develop acceleration techniques and analytical tools to detect potential reliability issues.
Recommend design or formulation changes to enhance system/process reliability.
Collaborate with teams to design, implement, and maintain highly available systems and services.
Analyze architecture for reliability risks and performance bottlenecks.
Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs).
Optimize resource usage for cost-effective reliability.
Partner with security teams to implement security best practices and ensure compliance.
Support application performance/security improvements and participate in incident response.
Maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve stability and performance issues in production environments.

Required Qualifications

2–4 years of hands-on experience supporting open system applications.
Strong knowledge of cloud services, automation tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Java application deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Proficient in scripting and hands-on with framework development for workflow automation.
Solid understanding of cloud technologies and distributed system architectures.
Strong documentation habits and a team-oriented attitude.

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Experience in distributed systems, high availability, and capacity planning.
Familiarity with machine learning and AI for anomaly detection and predictive maintenance.
