1. Sales Operations
Communicate with doctors and take orders.
Create and process sales orders.
Prepare detailed sales reports.
Handle communications via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
2. Clinic-Specific Sales Focus
Drive revenue growth for each clinic and the group as a whole.
Collaborate with clinic staff to understand and meet sales needs.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clinic staff.
Coordinate regular check-ins and support field sales teams with clinic visits.
4. Continuous Improvement
Identify and act on opportunities to improve sales operations.
Implement best practices to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or higher
Experience:
Minimum 6 months in inside sales or outbound calling
Experience in international processes preferred
Proficient in phone collections, retention, case conversions, cross-selling, and escalation management
Skills Required:
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
Proficient with basic computer applications
