Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Insurance Executive to join our team at New Theme Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. This role is ideal for candidates with 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry. The selected candidate will assist in delivering exceptional insurance broking services, liaise with insurance providers, and support client relations and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in client communications and policy management for both new and existing insurance clients.
  • Support the team in financial modeling and Excel-based analysis to assess insurance products and provide optimal solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders, explaining policy options and benefits.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis on insurance products to recommend suitable plans for clients.
  • Assist in policy renewals, claims processing, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of policies and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client queries and concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:
    • MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Insurance (preferred).
    • Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in the insurance industry.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling (advanced Excel skills are a plus).
    • Ability to create and deliver client presentations.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
    • Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Life Insurance, General Insurance, and related products.
