The Insurance Telesales Executive is responsible for generating new business by calling potential customers to promote and sell a variety of insurance products. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the insurance industry, and a customer-centric approach to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
???? Sales & Lead Generation:
✔ Make outbound calls to generate and assess leads.
✔ Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate product information.
✔ Promote and sell health, life, auto, and property insurance policies.
✔ Build a pipeline of potential customers and effectively close sales.
???? Customer Service & Relationship Management:
✔ Ensure clients understand insurance coverage, benefits, and terms.
✔ Address customer inquiries and handle objections professionally.
✔ Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
✅ Experience:
✔ 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar role (Preferred).
✅ Skills:
✔ Strong verbal communication and sales skills.
✔ Ability to handle objections and provide solutions effectively.
✔ Customer-centric approach with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
