✔ Outbound Calling: Make 6-10 calls per day to potential customers within the assigned geographical area.
✔ Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads based on customer needs and company criteria.
✔ Customer Follow-Up: Engage with existing customers, follow up on inquiries, and promote upselling opportunities.
✔ Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks like scheduling appointments and maintaining customer records.
✔ Data Management: Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system.
✔ Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and report progress.
✔ Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience.

✅ Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
✅ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication with a confident phone manner.
