Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic Inside Sales Specialists who are go-getters and have a proven track record of overachieving sales targets. The role involves outbound calling to potential customers, follow-ups on leads, and driving the sales process to successful closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers, explain residential projects, and convert leads into closures.
Sales Process Management: Drive the sales process from planning to closing, ensuring growth and achievement of sales targets.
Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.
Presentations: Provide walk-in sales presentations for residential projects and communicate key details to potential customers.
Lead Follow-Up: Answer customer queries, send additional information via email, and maintain regular follow-up to ensure closure.
Sales Pipeline Management: Actively manage the sales pipeline using SFDC CRM, and track sales progress.
Collaboration with Teams: Coordinate sales efforts with other departmental teams to enhance lead conversion.
Sales Reporting: Maintain weekly sales and productivity records and report progress against targets during meetings.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive business relationships with clients and channel partners.
Strategic Sales Planning: Design and implement strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and strengthen the company’s market presence.
Site Visit Coordination: Ensure clients visit residential sites and maintain regular communication for better lead conversion.
