We are looking for dynamic, goal-driven individuals with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for outbound calls aimed at lead closure, managing sales pipelines, and building strong relationships with customers.


???? Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement:
    Drive the sales process from planning to closure, achieving growth and hitting sales targets consistently.

  • Outbound Calling & Lead Closure:
    Make outbound calls to potential customers, follow up on leads, and close sales.

  • Customer Needs Analysis:
    Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.

  • Walk-in Sales:
    Conduct walk-in sales of residential projects, presenting and explaining projects to customers.

  • Customer Queries & Communication:
    Answer potential customer questions, send additional information via email, and manage communications effectively.

  • Sales Pipeline Management:
    Build, manage, and report on the sales pipeline using SFDC CRM.

  • Team Coordination:
    Coordinate sales efforts with other departmental teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Sales Tracking & Reporting:
    Maintain weekly sales and productivity records. Present performance against sales targets during weekly meetings.

  • Business Relationship Development:
    Develop and maintain strong business and customer relationships.

  • Channel Partner Network:
    Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to promote sales.

  • Strategic Sales Planning:
    Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base.

  • Site Visit Coordination:
    Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and lead conversions.
