Job Overview

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our team and promote ISMS/Cybersecurity training courses to potential clients. You will work closely with a world-class sales team, selling high-demand IT and cybersecurity courses.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
✔ Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential customers via phone, email, and social media.
✔ Marketing & Promotions: Participate in webinars, free workshops, and promotional events.
✔ Client Engagement: Handle website live chat inquiries and conduct regular follow-ups to close deals.
✔ Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and reports in the system.

Requirements

???? Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year in inside sales (Required)
  • Experience in academic counseling (Preferred)
    ???? Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Go-getter & self-starter attitude
  • Passion for technology and cybersecurity
    ???? Preferred Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with ISMS/cybersecurity training courses is a plus.
