Job Summary

Under general supervision, the Process Automation Developer will design and develop automation tools and processes to improve department workflow, customer service, and overall work quality. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to iteratively develop VBA Macros, Python programs, SQL queries, and PowerBI dashboards while maintaining existing automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Process Automation & Development

✅ Develop process automation tools using VBA Excel Macros, Python, SQL, PowerBI, and other relevant tools.
✅ Enhance and maintain existing VBA Excel Macros and automation tools.
✅ Uncover requirements from stakeholders and iteratively develop solutions.
✅ Identify and resolve bugs and issues in automation tools and queries.
✅ Write clear documentation for all automation tools and processes.

Data Management & Analysis

✅ Extract and analyze data from primary and secondary sources.
✅ Perform root cause analysis on data anomalies.
✅ Use data visualization techniques to present findings effectively.
✅ Assist in process improvement projects based on data-driven insights.

Workflow & Issue Resolution

✅ Monitor workflow to ensure timely project completion.
✅ Track and resolve issues related to automation processes.
✅ Provide recommendations to management based on data trends.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

???? Education:

Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) OR
High School Diploma with 1-5 years of relevant experience in Business Administration or a similar field.

???? Skills & Expertise:

Advanced VBA Excel Macro development (UI & backend).
Intermediate to Advanced Python programming skills.
Basic to Intermediate SQL query development.
Experience with Git or similar version control.
Ability to test and debug code independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Agile development experience (iterative development).
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Work Environment & Other Details

⚙️ Physical & Occupational Requirements:

Keyboarding & machine operation required most of the workday.
Occasionally handle objects weighing under 30 pounds.
Rare exposure to occupational risks or extreme environments.
