Role Overview: HRIS Reporting Analyst

The HRIS Reporting Analyst will work under the direction of the HRIS Function Manager for Reporting to design and develop employment-related reporting solutions and data analytics. This role will support HR, Compliance, and Legal teams by creating reports that enhance efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities

???? Reporting & Analytics

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Oracle HCM Analytics and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
  • Consult with internal customers to develop reporting requirements and modify existing reports.
  • Manage HR reporting functions for critical projects.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct data integrity checks and strategic HR analysis.

???? Technical & Compliance Support

  • Analyze and summarize HR data to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Perform testing and validation of reports to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support HR compliance by tracking workforce analytics and implementing corrective actions.

???? Process & Project Management

  • Recommend improvements to HR reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with technical developers for report customization.
  • Provide training and guidance on report usage.
  • Follow up on project tasks and ensure timely completion.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree (mandatory).
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization.
  • Strong HR process & data expertise.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

???? Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM processes and data.
  • Background in data mining, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to analyze & summarize data for decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
