Key Skills & Requirements

✔ Experience in Sales (Travel Sales, Hotel Sales, Cruise Sales, Hospitality Sales, or Holiday Sales)
✔ Self-Motivated & Passionate about customer service and sales
✔ Excellent Communication & Strong Interpersonal Skills
✔ Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM tools and online booking platforms

Roles & Responsibilities

???? Handle incoming & outgoing calls, chats, and web queries from customers.
????️ Understand customer requirements and help them choose the best cruise package.
???? Work on CRM & company websites to assist customers in booking their holidays.
???? 4-7 days of training provided on Sales, Products, Tools, and Processes.

Mandatory Requirements

✅ Prior experience in Sales/Service/Travel/Hospitality
✅ Availability to work from home for at least 24 days/month
✅ Own a laptop, broadband connection, and smartphone
✅ Quiet and professional working environment at home
