Experience: 06 months to 10 years in a sales development role, with experience in the life insurance industry or any other sales role.

Agent Management:
Oversee and control agents/IMs in the hierarchy regarding their life insurance business.
Ensure the quality of life insurance policies sourced by agents/IMs.
Responsible for the acts of omission and commission by the agents/IMs under the hierarchy.
Recruitment & Training:
Identify, recruit, and manage agents.
Train and motivate advisors to improve their market/product understanding.
Provide guidance to advisors for achieving sales goals.
Customer Service:
Regularly meet existing customers to ensure service standards are met.
Sales Strategy Execution:
Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
Seek new customers to drive sales growth.
