Customer Relations Advisor – Australian Sales (Voice Process)

Location:

Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Pay:

₹19,011.22 - ₹30,686.47 per month

Job Type:

Permanent, Full-time

Shift and Schedule:

  • Night Shift

  • Rotational Shifts

Benefits:

  • Health Insurance

  • Provident Fund

  • Commission Pay

  • Performance Bonus

  • Transportation Facility within boundaries (Home Pickup/Drop between 8 PM and 7 AM)

Eligibility:

  • HSC/Graduate with a minimum of 6 months of INTERNATIONAL BPO (Voice) experience.

  • SSC with a minimum of 1 year of INTERNATIONAL BPO experience.

  • Ex-employees are welcome to apply (subject to eligibility).

  • Comfortable working from the office.

Transportation Boundary:

  • Churchgate to Virar

  • CST to Thane

  • CST to Vashi

Job Description:

  1. Role: Handling Australian Sales process in a Voice-based customer support environment.

  2. Job Responsibilities:

    • Engage with Australian customers, promoting products and services.

    • Assist customers in resolving queries while maintaining high service standards.

    • Sell products and services effectively by understanding customer needs.

  3. Candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply and will benefit from performance incentives.

  4. Job Location: In-person at Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Experience:
