Role Overview

We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to manage day-to-day sales operations and drive business growth in the water sector. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining client relationships—especially within government and institutional sectors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote commercial water purifiers, dispensers, integrated water coolers, and water vending machines.

  • Promote advanced solutions such as Ultrapure Water dispensing systems for:

    • Molecular Research Labs

    • Hybrid Technology Labs

    • Pathology Labs

    • Hospitals and Pharmaceutical Industries

  • Manage and grow government and institutional accounts.

  • Identify and close new business opportunities.

  • Maintain CRM records and manage client accounts.

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in government sales or projects

  • Prior engagement with at least 20+ government clients, or agencies like:

    • CPWD / PWD

    • NBCC

    • Municipal bodies

    • Government healthcare organizations

    • PSUs

    • CSR-backed infrastructure or community projects


Desired Skills

  • Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer relationship and account management experience

  • Team player with a results-driven approach
