This program is designed to provide participants with hands-on experience in analyzing global markets, industries, and companies. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to evaluate global market trends.
Analyze financial statements, industry data, and macroeconomic indicators.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and investment recommendations.
Collaborate with senior analysts to build financial models and perform valuation analyses.
Participate in team discussions to shape research strategies and priorities.
Engage with clients to present findings and offer market insights.
Monitor industry developments and identify key drivers affecting specific sectors or companies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (ongoing or completed).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal and other research tools is a plus.

Experience:

Prior internship or academic projects in investment banking, consulting, or research are advantageous but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

Full-time internship: 8–12 weeks during the summer, typically Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Flexible hours may be required to meet deadlines or accommodate market activities.
