About the Role – General Manager, Sales (Tax Technology)

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Sales specializing in Tax Technology Sales. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of business processes and have a strong track record in B2B sales, including customer relationship building, revenue generation, and solution cross-selling and up-selling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead B2B Tax Technology Sales initiatives for the designated region.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell strategies to boost revenue.

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company goals.

  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

  • Maintain deep knowledge of client business processes and challenges.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client solutions.

  • Ensure consistent revenue growth and customer satisfaction.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Tax Technology Sales or relevant B2B software sales.

  • Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise sales cycles.

  • Proven success in relationship building, revenue growth, and account management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • High level of self-motivation, ownership, and leadership ability.
