Team Overview – Finance Business & Technology (FBT)

This role is part of the Finance Business & Technology (FBT) organization under the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. Our mission:

Deliver end-to-end process control & compliance
Provide best-in-class financial insights
Drive standardization, digitization & operational excellence

You will be a key contributor to the FBT FP&A Sustain Team, focusing on digital product support across FP&A’s suite, supporting technical inquiries, training, enhancements, and more.

Role Responsibilities

As a FBT FP&A Product Sustain Senior Analyst, you will:

✅ Core Duties

Provide technical/business support for FP&A product teams
Address queries, resolve defects, deliver training, and create guidance material
Ensure timely issue resolution aligned with SLA and support models
Collaborate with product teams, I&E, and other stakeholders
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities

???? As a FBT Product Lead (If assigned):

Act as SME and first point of contact for product-specific matters
Lead the resolution of product-related queries
Drive performance and support system integrity
Coordinate enhancement requests, testing, training, and improvements

Key Skills & Knowledge

???? Business & Technical Skills

Experience in digital transformation and finance operations
Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW, OFA
Strong analytical, numerical, and performance management skills
Knowledge of product lifecycle, DevOps, and system integration

???? Systems & Process

Manage data flow and integrity across SAC, IBP, and WRE
Run reconciliation, BAU SAC processes, and user support
Write functional specs, lead testing & user training

Leadership & Communication

Trusted collaborator with stakeholders at all levels
Strong verbal & written communication
Effective trainer and mentor
Able to manage priorities and work in diverse, global teams
