The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team plays a critical role in delivering financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.

The FBT FP&A Sustain Team is a newly established team focused on centralization, continuous improvement, and value optimization.

Role Overview

As an FBT FP&A Product Sustain Senior Analyst, you will provide technical and process support to FP&A Product Teams. This role requires problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership to address technical concerns, support business users, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Support & Process Optimization

✔ Provide technical and business support (defect resolution, process training, etc.)
✔ Implement business procedures following instructional materials
✔ Ensure tasks are completed within SLAs and as per defined support models
✔ Work with the Product Sustain Manager to prioritize support activities
✔ Assist FP&A teams with resolving technical issues and process inefficiencies
✔ Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

✔ Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific FP&A Products
✔ Act as the primary contact for FP&A Product Leads
✔ Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth product performance
✔ Lead or oversee resolution of Product-specific inquiries and concerns
✔ Work with FP&A Product Owners to drive continuous improvements

Skills & Qualifications

???? Education & Experience:
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT-related field
✔ 12+ years of relevant experience (Preferred: 10+ years in a similar role)
✔ Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW, or OFA is a plus

???? Technical & Business Knowledge:
✔ Strong understanding of product management concepts & DevOps
✔ Experience in business transformation & digital transformation projects
✔ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
✔ Ability to interpret financial data and drive performance improvements

???? Leadership & Communication:
✔ Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to work in a global, multicultural environment
✔ Experience in training & mentoring teams
✔ Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus!)
