About the Role

The Credit Risk Data Unit (CRDU) was established to integrate Credit Operations and Risk Close & Analysis functions. The objective is to standardize data taxonomy and enhance transparency regarding differences between Risk & Finance. By aligning data management efforts, CRDU aims to strengthen reporting capabilities and maintain a robust, secure database.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex credit-related processes and reporting, ensuring detailed interpretation and accurate presentation of data.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and distribute reports while implementing quality control measures like data analysis and MIS reporting.
  • Maintain key operating document recertifications, control inventory recertification, and timely productivity/utilization tracker updates.
  • Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries and coordinating responses.
  • Assist in UAT testing for risk system enhancements and collaborate on strategic initiatives with finance and credit risk teams.
  • Document routine processes, ensuring compliance with agreed procedures and guidelines.
  • Support audit requirements, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for relevant processes.
  • Work closely with TSG, TDI, and GCOO to identify opportunities for process improvements and organizational efficiency.
  • Cross-train within CRDU, expanding E2E knowledge through learning interventions.
  • Provide coverage for other CRDU Exposure Mapping team members as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • University degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Experience or knowledge of DB Credit Risk systems (or similar risk management platforms) is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • A proactive mindset, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
