???? About the Role:

The Financial Reporting Analyst plays a critical role in preparing financial, compliance, and regulatory reports. This seasoned professional will lead the creation of accurate financial disclosures, support audit processes, drive process improvements, and maintain the integrity of financial data and systems.

???? Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cash flow statements, earnings release calculations, and equity-related disclosures.
Gather and analyze financial data for internal and external reporting using existing tools.
Conduct technical accounting analysis and research historical financial data.
Compare projected vs. actual results, identifying areas for improvement.
Maintain financial data confidentiality and integrity.
Produce accurate financial recommendations, reports, and supporting documentation.
Lead initiatives to improve and automate financial processes and reporting.
Collaborate with departments and coordinate deliverables for external audits.
Deliver technical memos, disclosure drafts, and other financial documentation.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication (verbal and written)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Strong understanding of accounting principles, data analysis, and reporting tools
Ethical, dependable, and results-driven mindset

???? Qualifications & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Economics (required)
CPA or equivalent certification (preferred)

???? Experience Required:

Proven experience as a Financial Reporting Analyst
Hands-on experience with financial/statistical software
Experience in preparing financial statements and regulatory reports
Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and financial systems
