We are seeking an Expense Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and analyzing monthly expense reports, providing actionable insights for strategic planning, and driving operational efficiencies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to cost optimization initiatives, making sure financial data aligns with the company's growth strategy.
Prepare and present monthly expense reports and forecasts to management, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline expense processes and drive operational efficiencies.
Conduct in-depth analysis of expense data to uncover trends, variances, and cost optimization opportunities.
Monitor integration costs from acquisitions and restructuring expenses, ensuring they are reflected in forecasts and planning exercises.
Participate in the yearly budget process and coordinate with regional teams to build a comprehensive view of the expense plan.
Review and monitor cost/benefit analysis for corporate projects and other expense-related initiatives.
Work on special projects and ad-hoc requests, including expense analysis and process optimization.
CPA designation required.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in expense analysis or financial planning.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical ability.
Well-organized with the ability to clearly communicate findings and present them concisely.
Autonomous, proactive, and a strong team player.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
