As part of the Accounting & Finance Team, you will:
Support business growth by reviewing business contracts and transactions related to technology teams (hardware maintenance, software purchases, and support services).
Advise business partners and finance teams (LFOs) on the accounting treatment for technology contracts in accordance with accounting policies and US GAAP standards.
Ensure accurate and timely accounting for technology contracts, including monthly accruals, general ledger validation, and expense tracking.
Assess and implement changes in response to US GAAP accounting standard updates.
Build strong relationships with business and finance partners, providing key insights into financial processes.
Develop reports, MIS, and trend analysis for stakeholders.
Conduct financial analysis, including roll-forward analysis, variance commentary, and internal balance sheet reviews.
Identify risks and opportunities, supporting financial planning and partner reporting.
Drive process automation and efficiency improvements in accounting and financial reporting.
Work with senior leadership to deliver financial updates and strategic planning insights.
Ownership & Financial Integrity: Manage end-to-end global accounting processes with accuracy and compliance.
Process Automation: Work with automation teams to streamline accounting processes.
Digital Tools Utilization: Leverage Fintech tools (TM1, Power BI, Tableau, Oracle) to enhance reporting and efficiency.
CA / CPA with 2-3 years of experience OR
Post-Graduate in Commerce with 3-5 years of experience OR
Commerce Graduate with 7-8 years of experience
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Fintech tools like TM1, Oracle, Power BI, and Tableau.
Knowledge of Oracle/ERP systems and Manual Journal Entry creation.
Functional Skills:
Strong accounting and analytical skills.
Experience with financial systems (TM1, Oracle, OBIEE, Ariba platform, US & International sub-ledgers).
Advanced MS Office Suite skills (Excel & PowerPoint).
Tableau and Power BI experience (preferred).
Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
