Hiring: Executive Manager – Films

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time

Pay: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Schedule: Day Shift | Fixed Shift | Weekend Availability

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Overview:

The Executive Manager for Films will oversee the entire film production process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest artistic standards. This role demands a visionary leader with strong management skills and a passion for film production.

Key Responsibilities:

???? Film Production Oversight – Lead projects from development to distribution.
???? Team Leadership – Recruit and manage directors, producers, writers, and editors.
???? Budget Management – Develop and oversee production budgets effectively.
???? Creative Collaboration – Work closely with creatives to maintain artistic vision.
???? Vendor & Partner Relations – Negotiate contracts with studios, vendors, and investors.
???? Project Scheduling – Manage timelines and ensure timely delivery.
⚠️ Risk Management – Identify and mitigate potential production risks.
????️ Quality Assurance – Ensure the highest standards in film production.
???? Marketing & Distribution – Collaborate on release strategies for theatrical, digital, and festival submissions.

Qualifications:

???? Education: Bachelor’s in Film, Media Production, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
???? Experience: Minimum 2 years in film production, with at least 1 year in a senior management role.
