Responsibilities:

???? Script Breakdown – Analyze scripts for music needs, recommend talent, and budget for music.
???? Liaison with Production – Collaborate with production companies and Music Supervisors to align on personnel, schedules, and project details.
???? Onboarding & Workflow – Guide partners, Music Supervisors, and Composers through tools and workflows.
???? Music Coordination – Ensure music hires receive scripts and cuts, facilitate introductions, and maintain communication.
???? Review & Flag Issues – Analyze cuts for unresolved music needs or clearance issues and coordinate solutions with relevant teams.
???? Collaboration & Updates – Maintain regular communication with Music Supervisors, Netflix Music Legal, and Post-Production teams.
✅ Music Deliverables Management – Review, track, and ensure all required music assets are properly delivered.

Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Experience: 5+ years in Film or Television Music.
✔ Music Industry Knowledge: Background in music production, engineering, editing, composing, or music supervision preferred.
✔ Industry Network: Familiarity with music publishing, licensing, streaming platforms, record labels, and PROs is a plus.
✔ Strong Communication: Effective written and verbal skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
✔ Organizational Abilities: Highly organized, with experience in creating and maintaining workflows.
✔ Adaptability & Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace and the ability to adapt to new tools quickly.
✔ Team Player: Open to suggestions, feedback, and collaborative problem-solving.
