Key Responsibilities

???? Analyze scripts for music needs, including budgeting, talent recommendations, and sonic landscape planning.
???? Coordinate with production companies and Music Supervisors during the hiring process.
???? Facilitate introductions between music hires and production teams.
???? Manage project inquiries, scheduling, and music workflow.
???? Maintain regular check-ins with composers, music supervisors, and production companies.
???? Review and flag unresolved music clearance issues while working with post-production teams.
???? Ensure consistent communication with Netflix Music Legal, Post-Production, and Music Supervisors.
???? Attend show-specific meetings and provide music updates.
???? Oversee and review music deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

✔ 5+ years of experience in music for film or television.
✔ Background in music supervision, composing, music production, or engineering/editing.
✔ Strong knowledge of the music industry, digital streaming platforms, music publishing, licensing, and record labels.
✔ Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
✔ Highly organized, with the ability to develop workflows and implement tools.
✔ Ability to prioritize, pivot, and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
✔ Maintains confidentiality and exercises sound judgment.
✔ Proficiency in Google Workspace and ability to adapt to new tools quickly.
