Job Description & Responsibilities

???? We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive for our office in Tambaram. This role requires customer visits, market research, and sales presentations. Candidates must have a valid 2-wheeler license and be comfortable traveling for work.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and customer needs
✅ Meet customers in-person and virtually to generate new sales
✅ Present and explain products and services effectively
✅ Negotiate and close deals, handling any objections professionally
✅ Collaborate with the sales team to improve results and achieve targets
✅ Gather and share customer feedback with internal teams
✅ Meet monthly and yearly sales targets
✅ Demonstrate and promote products to potential clients

Who Can Apply?

✔️ Candidates from Tambaram or surrounding areas are preferred
✔️ Experience in sales (Construction, Retail, Infrastructure, Building, or Lumber industry preferred)
✔️ Educational Qualification: Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering
✔️ 0 to 1 year of sales experience (Field Sales / B2B preferred)
✔️ Basic proficiency in English & Tamil
