1. Assessment & Data Analysis
Conduct student assessments (baseline, midline, endline) as per program timelines.
Analyze data via dashboards or Excel to inform district/block-level strategies.
Use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meet, etc.) for documentation and sharing.
Maintain records and report findings for program tracking.
2. Classroom & Teacher Support
Provide minimum 10 on-site visits per month for classroom observation and teacher support.
Offer virtual assistance for:
Program milestone updates
Kaushalam Pragati Praptra (KPP)
Effective chatbot usage
Support Master Trainers (MTs) in teacher training at various levels.
Share field insights and curriculum feedback in team meetings.
3. Program Implementation & Coordination
Coordinate regularly with school principals and teachers for smooth implementation.
Collect:
100+ quality student project ideas
10+ success stories annually
Assist with donor visits, research, and monitoring activities.
Distribute program materials (manuals, student workbooks) and ensure proper class period allocation.
4. Stakeholder Management
Engage monthly with stakeholders including DIETs, BEOs, CEOs, DMs to ensure program visibility.
Help in organizing state-level events and collecting district-level data.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Document work in both written and audiovisual formats.
Capture and share success stories from the field with relevant stakeholders.
Passion for the development and education sector
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Prior experience working with teachers and school stakeholders preferred
Willingness to travel across districts
Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken & written)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Problem-solving mindset with analytical thinking abilities
Excellent in stakeholder engagement and project coordination
