Project Overview

In Uttarakhand, particularly in Almora and Yamkeshwar, THF is implementing livelihood interventions to boost economic security. The project leverages the region's agro-climatic potential for horticulture and allied sectors like livestock and beekeeping. A multi-stakeholder consultative workshop laid the groundwork for this initiative.

Job Purpose

We are looking for Field Coordinators to support the grassroots implementation of the Horticulture and Livelihood Program (HLP) in Uttarakhand. The role involves assisting with project execution, data collection, community mobilization, and field-level coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular field visits to support and monitor project activities
Assist Block Coordinators with implementation, data collection, and record-keeping
Mobilize community resources and participation for various field-level activities
Support local programs such as Kisan Melas and exhibitions
Facilitate advocacy and resource mobilization efforts
Ensure asset and data maintenance at block offices
Provide guidance to village-level workers
Be familiar with the local dialect, geography, and resources
