Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving international sales through Fareportal’s travel platforms. This role offers excellent career growth opportunities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Understand Fareportal's products & services to effectively communicate their benefits.
✔ Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections confidently.
✔ Meet and exceed sales revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
✔ Engage with challenging customers and leads, converting them into successful sales.
✔ Maintain a professional and persuasive approach in all customer interactions.
✔ Stay updated on company policies, sales strategies, and new work methodologies.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 9 months of international sales experience (Voice Process).
✔ Preferred: Experience in Travel Sales (Outbound/Inbound/Up-sell).
✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
✔ Open to working 24/7 (Rotational Shifts).
✔ Advanced GDS experience (Sabre/Amadeus) desirable.
✔ Graduate degree preferred.
