We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing professional to join our team, responsible for cultivating strong relationships with major customers and dealers, ensuring a continuous flow of sales revenue. The role requires identifying promising prospects and achieving sales targets in India. The position involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities and evaluating dealer/distributor performance to ensure effective sales strategies.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers and dealers to ensure continuous sales revenue.
Prospect Identification: Identify promising prospects through client visits, networking, and customer referrals to achieve sales targets.
Sales Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer data, and dealer/distributor performance.
Sales Strategy Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of current sales strategies and ensure they are result-oriented.
Education:
B. Pharm / M. Pharm, B.Sc/ M.Sc in Chemistry (with a flair for Sales & Marketing).
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pharma Marketing and Sales.
Certification:
Diploma/Degree in Pharma (Required).
Skills:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze sales activities and implement effective strategies.
Travel:
Willingness to travel (50% of the time).
