Job Overview

The Associate Analyst will work on a wide variety of assignments across different domains. This is a dynamic role that requires adaptability, a learning mindset, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities. Ideal candidates are self-starters who are detail-oriented, analytical, and driven to succeed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research using internet and database resources.

  • Process and categorize emails according to business requirements.

  • Read and organize information from transcripts and written content.

  • Create or assist in preparing reports using Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.

  • Design flowcharts to visualize processes.

  • Perform quantitative analysis and advanced functions using Microsoft Excel.

  • Execute data processing tasks such as cleaning, correlation, and enhancement in Excel.

  • Carry out data entry and administrative tasks.

  • Work collaboratively to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

  • Continuously learn new tools, technologies, or skills based on evolving work needs.

  • Proactively identify and suggest workflow improvements.

  • Create best practices for recurring tasks.


Requirements & Skills

Mandatory Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).

  • High attention to detail and a zero-error mindset.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.

  • Skilled in internet/web research.

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

  • Self-motivated, accountable, and adaptable.

  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt to different projects.

  • Creative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Desirable (Not Mandatory) Skills:

  • Excel Macros and VBA programming.

  • Graphic or image editing skills.

  • Website design skills.


Educational & Work Experience Requirements

  • Educational Background: Preferably graduates with a business or technical background.

  • Work Experience: 0 to 2 years.
