???? Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing while adhering to policies and compliance standards.
???? Process and verify third-party supplier invoices efficiently to meet daily targets.
???? Reconcile systems and journals, ensuring all invoices are approved and paid on time.
???? Monitor open and overdue invoices, communicate with relevant stakeholders, and follow up.
???? Analyze data and generate reports as required.
???? Resolve outstanding invoice issues and escalate concerns when needed.
???? Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close by preparing necessary adjustments.
✔ High Accuracy & Efficiency: Invoices must be processed promptly with a strong focus on accuracy to mitigate financial and reputational risks.
✔ System Proficiency: Strong familiarity with JDE, SAP, Ariba Guided Buying, and Excel for smooth financial operations.
✔ Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with vendors & global colleagues across different time zones for seamless invoice processing.
✔ Adaptability to Multiple Shifts: Work across ANZ/ASPAC/UK/Europe/US shifts to support global business partners.
???? Education:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
✔ Diploma holders pursuing professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are also eligible.
???? Experience:
✔ 2-3 years of experience in general accounting, invoice processing, and/or payables operations.
✔ Proficiency in JDE, SAP, Ariba Guided Buying (Preferred).
✔ Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
???? Operational Excellence – Strong understanding of workflow optimization, process improvement, and change management.
???? Risk Management – Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
???? Analytical Thinking – Logical problem-solving and trend analysis.
???? Digital Fluency – Comfortable using digital tools & technologies for process automation.
???? Decision Making – Commercial awareness and ability to make informed business decisions.
