About the Role

This role supports the Network Planning team in managing the EV charging project pipeline, tracking performance, and finalizing negotiated deals. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution and helping bp pulse achieve its targets for EV infrastructure expansion in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

???? Project & Pipeline Management

Maintain site tracker updates with inputs from customer/internal discussions.
Track and report the team’s performance against key targets.
Prepare weekly updates for bp pulse’s reports on behalf of the Network Planning group.
Create weekly Investment Committee presentations for final go/no-go site approvals.

???? Coordination & Execution

Work with the Execution team to finalize site plans, site visits, and design approvals.
Collect NEVI and incentive application documents from interested customers.
Gather necessary paperwork for contracts and follow up on outstanding contracts.
Submit contract documents to the Execution team and facilitate handover from deal negotiation to execution.
Ensure cost centers are set up for sites post-handover.

???? Stakeholder Management & Reporting

Provide regular reports to bp businesses on site status and partner engagement.
Serve as the main point of contact for back-office issues, including payments and contract execution.
Support the Network Planning team with meeting coordination, including weekly/quarterly planning sessions.
Capture and track action items from team meetings, including discussions with U.S. and global leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

???? Education & Certifications
✔ Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience).
✔ Project management training or PMP certification preferred.

???? Required Skills & Experience
✔ 4 – 8 years of experience in Project Management with a strong analytical background.
✔ Proficiency in: Excel, PowerPoint, DocuSign, Power BI, Salesforce, and mapping software.
✔ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
✔ Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
✔ Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
✔ Experience in contract management and supplier relationships.
