We are looking for a highly motivated Cost Analyst to join our Finance team on a full-time basis.
✔ Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
✔ Reconciliation and analysis of Sales, Costs, and Inventory
✔ Analyze financial performance and manufacturing statistics
✔ Provide variance analysis with detailed written commentary
✔ Prepare and maintain product cost data (Material, Labor, Subcontract, Variable & Fixed Overhead)
✔ Report on quantities, valuation, sales, and inventory usage
✔ Monitor Product Changeover & Engineering Change Notes
✔ Maintain and calculate Direct Labor & Overhead rates, with quarterly analysis of Standard vs. Actual
✔ Support SOX audit documentation & IGAAP audit
✔ Assist the Product Line Manager with product performance analysis & ad hoc reports
???? Education:
✔ Degree in Finance/Accounting
✔ ICWA / CA part-qualified (or equivalent experience)
???? Experience:
✔ 5 to 8 years of experience in Manufacturing Cost Accounting
✔ Proven experience in financial analysis, cost management, and reporting
???? Technical Skills:
✔ Excel – Mandatory
✔ English – Mandatory
✔ Knowledge of QAD ERP & Hyperion TM1 (Added advantage)
