Role Overview: Deputy Sales Manager

We are looking for a Deputy Sales Manager who will play a crucial role in driving domestic and fixed departure tour sales. You will work closely with the CEO and sales team to meet targets, provide strategic guidance, and assist in team coordination.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handling Domestic + Fixed Departure Tour Sales: Manage and expand sales efforts for both domestic and fixed departure tours.

  • Reporting to CEO: Regularly report sales data, team progress, and updates directly to the CEO.

  • Sales Training & Planning: Lead and provide training for the sales team, develop strategies, and create reports.

  • Meeting Sales Targets: Ensure personal and team sales targets are met, and assist team members in achieving their goals.

  • Coordination with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies and marketing campaigns.


Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience: Minimum of 24 months in a sales role, preferably in the travel industry.

  • Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on building relationships.

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Target-Driven: Highly motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a target-driven sales environment.

  • Travel Knowledge: Sound understanding of domestic and international travel trends.

  • Education: Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field.

  • Personal Travel Experience: Personal experience in travel will be an advantage.

  • Any graduate/post-graduate.
