About the Role

As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in the Demand Management process by leveraging your analytical skills and business insights to maintain accurate forecasts, improve forecast accuracy and ensure alignment between commercial plans and supply chain operations. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Financial Planning teams to build a robust and integrated planning approach.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and error-free data across systems to reduce financial risk
Own and manage a sub-set of the Demand Management process, including forecasting inputs and outputs
Improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias through continuous evaluation and collaboration
Partner with Sales & Marketing teams to incorporate market plans, assumptions, and risks into Demand Plans
Analyze demand trends and market activity to enhance forecasts
Lead the statistical forecasting process in ERP systems
Support New Product Implementations, forecast changes, and commercial project impacts
Collaborate with Production Planning and Financial Planning teams to balance demand and supply
Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to the EMS/QMS Systems of FBT
Generate weekly and monthly demand analysis and performance reports

Qualifications & Experience

Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics or related field)
3–5 years of operational experience in Demand Planning or a Commercial role
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Experience with any Demand Planning ERP tool and statistical forecasting models
Strong verbal and written English communication
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse, cross-geographical teams
Strong understanding of business commercial activities and strategy
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Desirable Skills

Experience with Sales and Customer Management
Knowledge of forecasting & demand management principles
Prior experience with digital reporting tools
A continuous improvement and “can-do” mindset
Resilience and stamina for dynamic environments
Ability to drive performance improvements and present insights clearly
