Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Business Analytics Reporting / ETL Developers. This entry-level role offers a comprehensive 4-month training program, after which candidates will be actively involved in end-to-end Business Intelligence (BI) projects—ranging from data consolidation to modeling, reporting, and visualization.

This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in analytics and gain hands-on experience with client-facing responsibilities and real-time project exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

Support data analytics and BI solution deployments.
Document functional specifications, perform data validation and conduct quality checks.
Develop scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Test and validate against data sources and business requirements.
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports.
Schedule and publish business and operational reports.
Assist leads in client interaction and project delivery.

Skills and Requirements:

Mandatory 2-year commitment post-training (please apply only if you agree to this condition).
Basic knowledge of Databases and SQL is required.
Excellent oral communication skills and good written communication.
Familiarity with Data Warehousing concepts is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with remote clients.
High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work under deadlines.
Proactive approach and ownership of assigned tasks or work areas.

Educational Qualifications:

BCA / B.Sc. (Computers) / B.Tech / B.E. / MCA
(2023 or 2024 pass-outs preferred)
