We are looking for experienced professionals in the Broker Price Opinion (BPO) process. As a BPO Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to conduct research on MLS (Multiple Listing Service) data and perform data entry to generate accurate Broker Price Opinions. You will be responsible for meeting deadlines, delivering quality work, and handling client revisions as necessary.
Research in MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and accurate data entry for Broker Price Opinions.
Ensure all deliverables are provided within the required timeframes and meet quality standards.
Handle client revisions and ensure accurate feedback is provided.
Work efficiently across rotational shifts (Day, Evening, and Night shifts).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Broker Price Opinion (BPO) or relevant roles (Data Entry, Research Analyst).
Education: Any degree, diploma, or ITI qualification.
Language Skills: Basic English language proficiency (written).
Skills:
Ability to perform simple arithmetic calculations.
Basic proficiency in MS Office.
Night Shift (Required)
Rotational Shifts (Day / Evening / Night)
