Job Description:

Role Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to interpret data and convert it into actionable information (reports, dashboards, interactive visualizations) that can help improve business operations and influence decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing Project Technical Scope:
- Gather data from various sources such as data warehouses, databases, and data integration models to interpret patterns and trends.
- Develop record management processes and policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements.
- Provide sales data, proposals, data insights, and account reviews to clients.
- Identify areas for increasing efficiency and automation of processes.
- Set up and maintain automated data processes.
- Evaluate and implement external services/tools for data validation and cleansing.
- Track and produce key performance indicators (KPIs).
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content.
- Design and conduct surveys and analyze survey data as per customer requirements.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets and prepare reports for both internal and external audiences.
- Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to showcase business performance and provide benchmarking against competitors and sectors.
- Mine large datasets, draw insights, and present the results to management using reporting tools.
- Develop predictive models and share insights with clients as per their requirements.

Performance Metrics:

Number of automation processes implemented.
On-time delivery.
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score.
Zero customer escalations.
Data accuracy.

Mandatory Skills:

Google BigQuery

Experience Required:

5-8 years of relevant experience.
