Position: Data Analyst
Job Type: Contractual/Temporary (3 months)
Location: Offshore – India (Remote)
Shift: General Shift
Contract Length: 3 Months
Pay: ₹200,000 - ₹250,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

???? Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze datasets related to corporate banking products (loans, trade finance, treasury).
Develop and automate reports and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) or SQL-based solutions.
Apply advanced analytics techniques, such as statistical modeling and predictive analytics.

???? Data Accuracy & Quality

Ensure data accuracy and resolve any data quality issues.
Collaborate with data engineers on reporting pipelines and data models.
Document reporting logic, business definitions, and data sources.

???? Collaboration & Process Improvement

Work closely with teams to identify data-driven opportunities for operational improvement.
Leverage cloud-based data platforms such as Azure or Databricks (preferred).

Mandatory Skills

✔ SQL Expertise – Strong SQL skills for data transformation, analysis, and extraction.
✔ Business Intelligence (BI) Tools – Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
✔ Corporate Banking & Regulatory Reporting – Solid understanding of banking products and compliance requirements.
✔ Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills – Ability to handle complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.

Desired Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

➕ Python/R – Knowledge of statistical analysis and scripting.
➕ Cloud Data Platforms – Familiarity with Azure, Databricks, or similar platforms.

Experience & Education Requirements

???? Education:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or Computer Science.

???? Experience:

8-12 years overall in Data Analytics.
3-5 years in Corporate Banking/Financial Services.
10+ years of experience in:
- SQL, Power BI, Tableau
- Banking Products (Loans, Trade, Treasury, Finance)
- Regulatory Reporting & Compliance
- Python/R for data analysis (preferred)
