Job Summary:

As a Data Analyst 3, you will lead complex analyses to support business decisions and provide actionable insights to the management team. This role will involve creating executive-level dashboards, driving analytics improvements, and delivering data-driven recommendations to various business stakeholders. You will act as a trusted advisor and guide the team towards better operational processes, increased data efficiency, and more informed business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Data Analysis: Lead large, complex analyses to gather insights from key internal business stakeholders and provide guidance based on best practices.
Dashboard Development: Create and maintain executive-level dashboards to track KPIs, answer business questions, and provide actionable insights.
Data Storytelling: Deliver data-driven business recommendations through clear, concise presentations and storytelling.
Data Integrity: Perform data integrity audits and propose improvements for managing data effectively.
Training and Guidance: Provide training on interpreting and applying data to internal teams and stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to improve analytics capabilities, operational processes, and internal efficiencies.
Market Trends Monitoring: Keep up with industry statistics and market trends to ensure analyses are current and valuable.
Documentation: Compose internal documentation outlining processes and findings to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
Consulting: Serve as a trusted advisor on issues and trends, providing consulting services leveraging expertise in data analytics.

Skills and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Data Analyst, with advanced analytical skills.
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft PowerBI Analyst Certification.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python, Apache Spark, or R.
- Expertise in manipulating large datasets, connecting data sources, and using data visualization tools to tell a compelling story.
Business Acumen: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and an ability to make meaningful recommendations that inform business strategy.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to engage with diverse audiences.
Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently or within a team.

Desirable Experience:

Knowledge of data warehousing technologies and SQL Server.
Experience building data pipelines and analyzing large datasets.
SaaS experience is a plus.
Experience presenting to Executive audiences.
