Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role plays a critical part in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategy, optimize performance, and drive business growth. You will work closely with the sales and purchase teams to generate meaningful reports, forecasts, and trends to enhance operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources including sales, purchase records, and CRM systems.
Build and maintain advanced Excel reports to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both sales and purchase functions.
Develop and manage Management Information System (MIS) reports to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with sales and purchase teams to ensure alignment between data analysis and departmental objectives.
Analyze customer data to identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and Right Contact Profiles (RCP).
Identify opportunities for improving data collection, reporting automation, and operational efficiency.
Use insights to recommend improvements in sales and procurement strategies.

Must Have:

Excellent skills in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, functions, dashboards, etc.).
Proven experience in data collection, cleaning, statistical analysis, and visualization.
Strong understanding of sales and purchase processes and related KPIs.
Ability to interpret large datasets and provide strategic insights for business decisions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

Experience with advanced analytics techniques and tools.
Familiarity with chemical industry regulations or other related standards.
Knowledge of forecasting methods and statistical techniques for predicting market trends, customer behavior, and procurement needs.
